Spicy Roasted Broccoli

This spicy roasted broccoli is a quick and easy side dish recipe perfect any dinner night.

Makes: About 4 servings

Spicy Roasted Broccoli

Cook time: About 25 min.

Ingredients:
  • 1 broccoli crown, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil (your favorite kind)
  • 1 teaspoon cooconut aminos
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasame seed oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasme seeds

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat oven to 420 degrees. Place sheet pan covered in foil in the overn while it preheats.
    2. Mix together oil, coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, and ginger together in a small bowl.
    3. Place broccoli in medium sized bowl. Toss broccoli and spice mixture together.
    4. Place broccoli on hot sheet pan. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until brown. Turn half way during cooking process.
    5. Drizzle broccoli with seasame seed oil once donwn roasting. Sprinkle with seasame seeds and serve.
