Spicy Roasted Broccoli

Spicy Roasted Broccoli

Ingredients:
  • 1 broccoli crown, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil (or your favorite kind)
  • 1 teaspoon cooconut aminos
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasame seed oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon seasme seeds

    Instructions:
    1. Preheat the oven to 420 degrees. Place sheet pan covered in foil in the overn while it preheats.
    2. Mix together olive oil, coconut aminos, chili garlic sauce, and ginger together in a small bowl.
    3. Place broccoli in medium sized bowl. Toss to coat broccoli with the spice mixture.
    4. Spread broccoli in a single layer on the hot sheet pan. Roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until brown. Turn half way during cooking process.
    5. Drizzle broccoli with seasame seed oil once done roasting. Sprinkle with seasame seeds and serve.
